A1 Property Management can offer two different, equally exceptional types of service, to suit you.

The first is a full property management service, in which we will find a suitable tenant for your property, gather all necessary references, arrange inventorys, sign contracts, collect the tenants rent and generally manage the property.

Introduction

The second option is introduction, in which we would find a suitable tenant for your property, gather all necessary references, arrange inventory and sign contracts with the tenant if necessary. After this stage the landlord would be responsible for collection of the rents and managing the property.
